In my opinion Gobby it's everything Alien: Colonial Marines should of been but the game is very team orientated as you heavily rely on your team commander who has a bird's eye view of the battlefield and there job becomes more of an RTS game but its very clever how they switch between the two.

RE: steam pc gaming nights.
When are we doing this again? We have a lot of people on Steam, so we should do some more gaming nights.

RE: steam pc gaming nights.
I guess our steam group did PS2 last Friday night but that's a specific PS2 Friday night thing...if there is some other team games we can play together then we should!

We should do a Designated PS2 night or nights, it was a lot of fun. I see JC is still playing Sid v, would like to play some MP there to. DayZ standalone and Rust could be a lot of fun as well.

Rust is really interesting. If we are going to have a serious go I will buy it.

Also Hawken is F2P and might be fun for us too.

its F2P but I quote from steam:

"During this initial phase of Early Access, new pilots will be required to purchase a bundle in order to play. We felt this was necessary to help control our server load and offer the very best experience possible to all players"

Bullshit, control server load my ass, they want MONEY!!!! $$$

SO - they are asking 30 bucks so I think we can rule this out for the moment...

Used to play this in my college days. The pros are ridiculously good with certain styles of play which are really hard to go against but the idea of the game is pretty cool.
